In brief: ?PCOS. Check thyroid
How have you been diagnosed with pcos as you have regular menstrual cycles and are not seriously overweight.
If you have been labelled purely on hirsutism, this is doubtful. With a normal testosterone i would guess the hirsutism is constitutional. Painful menses needs evaluation to exclude endometriosis, fibroids, ovarian cysts, adenomyosis. Smoking forbids bcps ?Try motrin/ aleve (naproxen).Check thyroid.
