In brief: Yes

Unless you're dying with end-stage congestive heart failure (hopefully not), the murmur is not an issue.
However, Xanax (alprazolam) and sleeping pills have additive sedative effects (with respiratory depression) and should not be used together, just as alcohol should also be avoided with their use.
