My 18 mth old dtr has multiple petichae, has severe red blistery rash on arms, trunk, & legs. Cbc nrml, no fever, any suggestion?

Could be an enteroviral rash but needs to be seen by a pediatrician to be sure. Cannot evaluate a rash by description, needs to be seen in person.
