In brief: None by itself

This is a fairly minor change in the electrical pattern of the heart which is harmless by itself but you need to know if it's related to any heart condition.
Some people have it from birth with no consequences. If it comes later from a heart condition or even hypertension, it may mean that the wiring system is starting to get tired & it will be checked periodically to make sure it's stable.

In brief: Usually none

Alone a right bundle branch block is harmless, but if accompanied by other problems in the conduction system it can occasionally progress to complete heart block which then requires a pacemaker( but this is rare).
