In brief: Labor law question

This question is pertinent for the labor laws.
I am not qualified to answer it since I do not know your employment status, medical condition and weather or not you are enrolled in organized prenatal care. This question should be discussed with your physician.

In brief: Yes

Unfortunately the answer is yes.
In theory should be no discrimination, so they should try to accomodate as much as possible the needs as a pregnant woman. But i heard bad stories as well.
