Basically it is a book about diet that is appalling in the U.
S. I agree that it is the major cause of disease. If you put the wrong fuel into your car, you know what would happen. First it might run poorly and eventually it might ruin the engine. Our bodies and particularly brains run efficiently when we give it the right food.
