Sports Medicine

In brief: Ear pain

Ear pain, pain with pulling on the external ear, swelling of the ear canal, occasional drainage from the ear canal.
After swimming, put 5 drops of a solution of half white vinegar and half rubbing alcohol using a medicine dropper into each ear canal. Lay still for 2-3 minutes to allow for absorption and then do the other ear. Don't use this mixture if the ears are already painful.
