What are the symptoms of hyperlipoproteinemia?

Depends on type. There six types of hyperlipoproteinemias, five major types with two subtypes of type 2. Each has different etiology and presenting features. Some cause severe vascular disease starting in childhood, others may cause pancreatitis, some cause skin deposits of fat, xanthomas, some may be asymptomatic. There may be the symptoms of associated diseases, e.g., diabetes, thyroid deficiency etc.
