In brief: Cyanosis and CHF.

There is fairly wide variety of dorv but generally babies present with cyanosis or CHF depending on whether dorv is associated with pulmonary stenosis or not.

In brief: Depends

Double outlet right ventricle (dorv) may have associated aortic or pulmonary valve obstruction.
A heart murmur will be heard. Aortic obstruction can result in decreased blood flow to the body and a narrow aorta (coarctation). There will also be too much blood flow to the lungs leading to fast breathing and poor growth. Too little blood to the lungs can lead to cyanosis (blue discoloration).
