In brief: Depends

That depends on where the tumor is: if it is spread to a vital organ, it will causes symptoms there, such as a headache if it is in the brain.
If the tumor presses on the airway, it can block that part of the lung and cause pneumonia. If it blocks a blood vessel, it can cause problems with blood flow, etc. So, it depends on where it is.

In brief: Many

Cough, shortness of breath, weight loss, chest pain, are all symptoms of lung cancer, but also of many other things.
Even coughing blood is symptomatic but not diagnostic. These are all signs that should make someone seek medical evaluation.

In brief: Greatly depends

All lung caner, usually, is silent when it is in its early stages: that is the problem with lung cancer, and why it is typically so deadly when diagnosed.
Once you get symptoms from lung cancer, such as weight loss, coughing up blood, or pneumonia, it is frequently (but not always) too late.

In brief: Mostly regular syx..

The non- small cell cancers include squamous and adenocarcinoma.
Squamous cancers arise in the larger airways, like a central bronchus and often produce a hollow cavity and necrosis at its center. They also include syx. Like fatigue, dyspnea, cough, and hoarseness. Adenomas are found in peripheral lung tissue, and can cause similar syx., including chest pain and clubbing of the fingers.
