Is there a treatment for HPV in older women?

Same as younger. The few strains that produce visible warts are treated the same at any age.Non-wart strains have no treatment.Women were doing pap smears to monitor the potential cancer association of those strains for decades before we understood the link to various HPV strains. There is now a vaccine that can help avoid HPV if given before you are exposed but it doesn't "treat"anything.
Not directly. Once a woman of any age contracts hpv, there is no cure. There are vaccines to help prevent some varieties, there are ways to monitor and the symptoms are generally treatable at any age.
