What would cause blotchy dry pink spots to spread all over my chest? They don't itch and look like tinea versicolor or pityriasis rosea.

—> large, pink oval herald spot, ± scaly, ±itch; may look like Xmas tree pattern. usually self-resolving. itch/irritation can be treated w/ OTC antihistamines &/or hydrocortisone cream; moderate sun exposure may help
