Are her periods regular every 28 days? If so then being 11 days late is significant and the first question always asked is could this person be pregnant? Cramping etc is a sign of too many little hormones called prostaglandins that cause inflammation.
She needs an evaluation with her physician or gyn. My first recommendation for hormone /period problems is acupuncture. It works so well!....More.
