My ped put my 3 yr old on Claritin (loratadine) and prescription singular with nebulizer with Pulmicort and albuterol, is it safe to have all the meds for allergys?

Treatment, even with multiple medications, is always safer than hypoxia (low oxygen) from breathing difficulties, which can cause lifelong impairments!
