Does anyone at this location have plenty of experience performing hysterscopic myomectomies the traditional way versus the robotic way?

In brief: Yes

A hysteroscopic myomectomy is the best approach for submucosal fibroids < 3.
5 cm located inside the cavity of the uterus. The robotic myomectomy is best for subserosal fibroids that are coming from the outer surface of the uterus. For fibroids deeply embedded in the wall of the uterus, robotic myomectomies are possible but more difficult so consider a hysterectomy if childbearing is complete.

Find a doctor who is comfortable with either. The choice of approach depends on the location of the fibroids.

In brief: Yes

The robotic method offers a much easier recovery than the traditional open method.

In brief: Yes

I am experienced with hysteroscopic, laparoscopic and open myomectomy.
The best approach is determined by the size, location and number of fibroids.
