In brief: Many causes 4 cramps

Cramping in pregnancy can come from several things from bladder infection to early labor.
It is always best to contact an OB provider when they occur so such problems can be assessed and put into perspective given the patient's medical history and status. Thanks for asking @drpam.

In brief: Common

Mild irregular cramping is very common.
Tylenol (acetaminophen) is safe and hydration with water often helps. If they are consistent and not resolving on their own it is important to notify your physician to make sure they are not contractions or a sign of preterm labor.
