Anyone have a wellbutrin (bupropion) overdose?

Not sure of question. Bupropion is used to treat depression & nicotine dependence. Works by increasing norepinephrine & dopamine. Because it is activating it is useful for patients with lethargic depression. Bupropion is not associated with weight gain or sexual problems. Overdoses are associated with an increased risk of seizures, changes in heart rate, fever, and breathing. Overdoses may cause coma & death.
I haven't had one. Mild to moderate sx's may include ^ blood pressure, ^ heart rate, agitation, tremor, seizure, dizziness, confusion, hallucinations, paresthesias, lethargy. Severe toxicity- hyperthermia, low blood pressure, recurrent or prolonged seizures, coma, heart arrythymias and death.
