In brief: Possible

It is possible but not likely that you are pregnant with a negative pregnancy test.
To be sure, repeat the test at least 3-5 days after the first test. Many things can cause you to miss periods including some medicines, illness such as thyroid disease, diabetes/ insulin resistance, polycystic ovarian syndrome, adrenal diseases, and pituitary tumors, exercise, weight changes, stress, etc.
