Any home remedies for tooth whitening that are safe?

No. No "home remedies" work for tooth whitening. The closet thing would be crest white strips, and by that i mean that they are readily accessible at the store, and are relatively inexpensive. They are not as effective as a professional treatment by a dentist, but at least they are safe. Bleaching will not work on all types of teeth. First, see your dentist to determine if your are a candidate.
Consult your Dentist. Consult your dentist for any recommendations for over the counter whitening and professional whitening. Depending on your starting shade you can get some results with otc whitening. Be cautious of whitening toothpaste they are abrasive and can accelerate gum recession and tooth sensitivity.
OVER THE COUNTER. Arm and hammer whitening toothpaste is good.
