In brief: Yes

There are many medications to deal with anxiety.
However, i would advise first speaking to your primary care physician, or if pregnant, with your ob/gyn to devise an appropriate plan to deal with your anxiety. Sometimes just speaking with a psychologist or psychiatrist is helpful without medication. If medication is needed then the one with the most benefit and least risk can be selected.

In brief: Yes

There are medications to help with anxiety but their use will depend upon the root cause of the anxiety.
It is often best to address anxiety related issues with methods other than medication.

In brief: Yes

Try an alternative to medicine, acupuncture!.
..Expensive but unbelievable experience. I got lucky because my obgyn does acupuncture as well. Ask your obgyn if he can recommend someone.
