Are there any risks while pregnant to swim in chlorine pool, lakes, creeks, ocean, etc?

In brief: Yes

I agree that swimming is wonderful exercise for pregnant swimmers.
However, our world's water is not as clean as it once was. Here is a site with lots of information about recreational use, risks, hygienic issues, safety of pools, lakes, rivers, oceans, etc: http://www.Cdc.Gov/healthywater/swimming/index.Html also heed local health department alerts about toxins, infections, outbreaks of illness.

In brief: No

Swimming is a great way for pregnant women to exercise and the water feels great too.
Chlorine exposure is safe so enjoy to pool. Swimming in the ocean, lake or creak is also fine if the area itself is safe. Be careful if there are big waves to avoid falls.
