Pain on lower L pubic bone after run, radiate to lower L back. Hurts while walk, lift L leg, and lifting R leg toward L leg. Cause bone or muscle?

Many possibilities. Attached to the "sit" bones are the hamstrings which can develop tendinitis. The hip rotators are deep to that area and can have tendinitis too. An alternative source would be lower back pain which can radiate down. For people who have muscle pain from running, reducing run distance, mixing in cross training and aggressive stretching can help. If not better, a stress fracture can be considered.
Impossible to say. It is impossible to say without a more detailed history and a physical exam. .
