My outer corner of the eyelid is red and fissured, it started with my right eye and now both eyes are itchy and red, is it blepharitis?

Blepharitis. Technically yes - blepharitis is just inflammation of the eye lid. This doesn't necessarily point to a specific cause or treatment however. It may need to at least get seen to get further improvement.
