Does energy drinks cause weight gain? I know that sugar and aspartame in them cuz weight gain, but the caffeine in them causes weight loss?
No. Caffeine does not necessarily cause weight loss. Energy drinks have a lot of calories, should not be consuming unless you do significant physical activity.
