In brief: Over stress to area

Any area after exercise, beyond the usual muscle aching, usually means that the joints, muscles, or ligaments attached to that bone (clavicle, in this case), are being over stresses, or strained.
There is something wrong, often with either the particular movement or the amount ow weight used for the exercise. Recommend a personal trainer at least for few sessions to do & learn proper exercise.
