Holter monitor and stress echo and normal Echo and thyroid test was all normal same with blood pressure but why do I get palpitations?

Palpitations. Depending on the length of the Holter monitor it could be normal. It all depends on how frequently you get them. Not because Holter is normal means you don't have palpitations. You might need a loop recorder or 2 week Holter for example.

Heart. You are a young guy with a normal heart rate. If you have had normal tests, holter, ekg, echo showing no abnormalities maybe its time to looking at your lungs. A proper echo could show you if you have pulmonary hypertension, systolic dysfunction, diastolic dysfunction. If it was normal, your symptoms arising from your heart would be unlikely. Read more...

Probably not cardiac. Just curious - were cardiac enzymes & CRP part of the blood work? This is a good number of tests already. Given your age & negative tests, I doubt that you have heart disease right now; but about 70+% of Americans will get it at some point in later life (50s).
