The mood inpms, hormonally speaking, is due to having no estrogen at the end of the cycle.
This causes "pruning" of frontal neurons, they scale back, harder to concentrate, fatigue, low stress threshold, worried about it, etc. The post menstrual issue is likely not due to ovarian hormones. Insomnia?Daytime fatigue? Stress? Worry? Guilt? Easily treatable but ovarian hormones not the issue.
