In brief: Holosynch

Multiple meditation programs like holosynch are available.
Most seem to use what they call "binaural beat" technology, said to entrain brainwaves -- which supposedly leads to more calm and awareness in your thinking. They say they allow you to meditate "better" in less time. These are of varying prices and complexity. Holosynch is possibly the most expensive. Others: lifeflow, clear-mind, etc.

In brief: I Can't

Speak to this program. However, tm (transcendental meditation) has been extensively studied and validated as effective and simple to learn.
All effective meditation programs have an enormous role to play in reducing stress, blood pressure, anxiety and health related problems. It is considered a primary methodology in many widely practiced preventive health programs.
