I am 27 years old and they say that HPV vaccine are for people from 9 to 26 so can I still take the vaccine ?

The vaccine would benefit anyone with a competent immune system at almost any age.
However, since the company that made it only submitted data for the target group (9-26), FDA approval was for that group. Most insurers will only cover this in the "approved" age range as a way to limit costs.It is expensive.
