There are a myriad of reasons for loss of bladder control.
If significant, urodynamics testing will lead to the diagnosis in concert with history & physical exam. There is a bias toward informing women that this is normal with aging but it is not. Most of the time, loss of bladder control can be treated, often without surgery.
