MRI can occasionally pick up continuing leak.
Usually based on symptoms. If you have continuing positional headache that makes the diagnosis of CSF leak. Sometimes it takes a few days for CSF pressures to stabilize and to feel normal: especially after having a baby with all the disruptions in sleep, your physiology etc that that brings
