I'm suffering severe low back pain that radiates around to my lower abdominal area. No injury or trauma to the area.

In brief: Herniated disc.

could be high lumbar or low thoracic disc herniation of arthritis called spondylosis.
see primary care who will start you on NSAIDs (motrin) and physical therapy. If no better, MRI would be indicated-lumbar and thoracic. If all negative, could be intraabdominal process that is giving you referred pain.

Urgent Care

In brief: Get checked

Could be a kidney, intestine , muscular related issue .
If no injury and in severe pain perhaps an emergency room or urgent care visit would be appropriate. Good luck
