Hi, I am on Micardis (telmisartan) plus 12.5/80 for my IgA nephropathy & hypertension once a day. Is there is any relation btwn this med and appetite?

Possible. I have never read or heard of Micardis (telmisartan) plus (telmistartan/hydrochlorothiazide) to cause changes in appetite. Zoloft definitely has an association with appetite changes. Micardis (telmisartan) HCTA. Micardis (telmisartan) HCTZ is an excellent medication. It is not typically associated with reduced appetite. However, any medication can affect appetite. Remote possibilities for your symptoms: Low potassium from the HCTZ; low BP from the combination; worsening kidney function; or not related at all.
