In brief: Fever is not from

She probably has a viral illness. The increased heart rate is most likely from the fever & is a normal occurrence . You should have her seen by her doctor tomorrow if he/she is not available now. What is her heart rate? If it is over 160, you shouldn't wait till the morning. Please take her to the emergency room tonight.

In brief: Not allergies

Something else is going on, allergies do not cause fever generally speaking.
However other diseases like ear infections, bronchitis, either bacterial or viral, can act like allergies, & do cause fever. Ger her checked soon. If she is having trouble breathing, tylenol (acetaminophen) & advil do not help control the fever, or she is behaving differently, less active, not eating, irritable, call MD or go to ER/UC
