In brief: One you like.

Cooking your own food, from fresh or frozen ingredients, allowing you to control fat, salt, sugar and preservatives, is already healthy cooking.
Prepared foods, contain excessive fat, salt and sugar which help with shelf life. Obviously a recipe calling for Onion Soup mix or canned mushroom soup would not be my choice, but the Betty Crocker cookbook is a good place to start: easy, approachable.
