Frequent sinus infections/headaches since wisdom tooth removal. Could that be related?

In brief: Could be

If you never had these issues before, if the upper wisdom teeth were removed, there may be a relationship.
..Ask your dentist and then see an ear/nose/throat specialist.

In brief: Possibly

Depending on the proximity of your upper wisdom teeth to the sinus before they were extracted, and how the surgery went, it is possible to have an oral antral fistulla (opening) that allows oral bacteria to infect the sinus.
The sinusitis is probably the cause of your headache. Sinusitis can lead to some sever side effects--even death. See a dentist or md to check the extraction sites.
