In brief: Certainly

Uncircumcised boys occasionally get utis in ffirst year of life.
Utis are quite common in little girls, with a peak around toilet training age (2 - 3 years). ! advise against using bubble-bath, and have little girls remove panties and pants and separate thighs widely to avoid labial trapping of urine.

In brief: Yes

Even infants can get utis.
Mostly girls, some infant boys particularly if uncircumcised. New research is suggesting that a full evauation including cystograms may be unneccessary in kids for 1st infections. But fo documented bacterial infections, antibiotics are necessary.

In brief: Yes

Even babies can get urinary tract infections, though not commonly.
In children, these are most often a sign of a hereditary unusual urinary tract, and must be investigated to make sure that they do not cause damage to the kidneys.

In brief: Yes

Young children can get uti's.
It can be more difficult to know if that is the problem with a child still in diapers, but if the child has fever with no respiratory symptoms the urine should be checked. Uti's are much more common in girls than boys.
