In brief: No.

Not at least by yourself.
Any pregnancy undergoing termination during the 2nd trimester needs to be cared for by a trained professional. You can't do this on your own as you would be at an extremely high risk of bleeding and failed procedure, even if you were to have the right medications. Please see your gynecologist about this.

In brief: Yes - under MD care.

Misoprostol is a safe abortifacient during the second trimester (14-23 weeks), under medical care and hospitalization.
It works by stimulating the uterine muscle to contract and expel the products of conception within 1-2 days usually. Pain control, infection and bleeding management in such cases mandate hospitalization and medical care.
