Can raynaud's and livedo reticularis cause severe cramping in one area of the calf when I sit too long?

May not be. What needs to be known is why you have livedo reticularis and raynauds. Calf cramping can be due to many reasons as well as vascular issues which you may have. Your physician would be able to clarify this or may send you to a Rheumatologist to help clarify thr diagnosis and the reason for cramping.
