Can drinking alcohol help with DVT?

There is little. To no clinical information on this topic. As far as the DVT itself is concerned, I doubt there's any help or harm. The issue would be problems with medication. Alcohol should be avoided when on Heparin. Patients on warfarin can probably have a couple of drinks a day with no problem. There is no evidence that alcohol affects treatment with factor/thrombin inhibitors (Xarelto, Pradaxa, etc).
Dvt. No data to support that however small amounts may be of benefit to prevent coronary and pad.
