In brief: Several thoughts

Burning sensation in the middle of the chest is often due to esophagitis(inflammation of the esophagus) from acid reflux in a 25 year old patient.
Not unusual to experience esophagitis even though you don't notice reflux. Inflammation where a rib attaches to breast bone is called costochondritis. There will usually be tenderness to right or left o;f the breastbone.

In brief: Hmmm...that's a

tough one, especially w/out an exam. Is it better, worse, or no change with food or water? How do you know you don't have acid reflux? Have you been properly tested for it? You can "empirically" treat your symptoms & try over the counter med for reflux & see if it makes a difference.
We could chase a zebra & propose you have a sliding hiatal hernia, but you need imaging to confirm that.
