I'm 11 weeks pregnant and wanted to know if it's safe to eat mangolian grill since the meat is sitting out for you to chose and they cook it for you.

In brief: Yummy

No food is perfectly safe in pregnancy or otherwise.
Fortunately, the likelihood of something bad happening as a result of the consumption of well-cleaned, fresh food from a well-run restaurant is very low. In addition, mongolian grill is usually cooked at a high temperature. As long as it's thoroughly cooked, the risks go way down.
