23 /m my left arm, hand is fealing a little weak also my leg, foot, I also have body twitches, the weaknes comes and goes! Can it be ALS, ideas?

Left sided weakness. and twitching that comes and goes. Not sure what you mean by body twitches. If you wake up weak and the weakness resolves think nocturnal focal seizures. (with Todds paralysis) More information is needed (along with a good neuro exam ) and possibly EMG-NCS or other studies) ALS is typically symmetric (arm to opposite arm or leg to leg spread) Fluctuations in weakness obviate a work up for MG.
Weakness. It could be a multitude of things. I think you should see a doctor to get a definitive diagnosis.

You're right No Dx . You are absolutely correct. On the basis of what you have presented no diagnosis is actually possible much less placing ALS as a possibility. Your age and the fact that you are saying weakness comes and goes on one side of your body puts that off the table. Male 22, I have muscle twitches all over my body at random times, neck, back, chest, arm, eyes, legs, hands, feet etc. For 6-7 months, no weakness. Als?

See below. It's probably just what we call benign fasiculations but if it is persistent, it would be reasonable to see a doctor and possibly get an EMG just to be sure. Read more...
Highly unlikely. Relax. At young age, occasional muscle twitching is usually harmless. If you have lost muscle mass and/or if it bothers you enough, see your primary care doctor for an exam. They may order labs (calcium etc) to make sure nothing is amiss. Read more...

Early 20's male, I been having weaknes on left arm and hand and left leg but comes and goes, some twitching around my body any ideas, ? Thanks

Any ideas? Here's an idea: See a doctor. It doesn't sound like something you should blow off. Weakness in an arm and a leg on one side at the same time should be checked out before you decide not to worry about it. Read more...

Left side weakness in arm/hand, back, abdomen, leg/foot. Decreased sensation in those areas plus face. Mri showed no stroke, tumor or ms. Ideas?

Some ideas. Get MRI of neck, make certain not a spinal cord issue. Maybe an EMG study, to evaluate potential of a mono neuritis multiplex. But if your symptoms are transient associated with headaches, could be classical migraine. Discuss further with your neurologist. Read more...
