Histamine-1 blockers such as benadryl, (diphenhydramine) meclizine, dimenhydrinate (dramamine), phenergan; benzodiazepam like valium; scopalamine; and corticosteroids are options and their use depends on severity of your symotoms.
The first three pills ore available otc and all others need prescriptions. So, if otc are not adequate, consult your doc. In the meantime, move your head really slowly! good luck.
