If I take a regular blood test does it proves immunity to measles, mumps, and rubella (MMR titer)?

In brief: MMR titer

This has to be specifically ordered.
Don't know what you mean be a regular blood test. Generally a tube of blood will be drawn from a vein, the titers ordered and the results should be back fairly repidly depending upon the lab to which they are sent.

In brief: Yes

Your health care provider can order a blood test to check for your immunity to these diseases.
This is not a routine test so have a discussion with your doctor about your concerns.
