Getting very dizzy if I move my head from side to side. Been also having daily headaches towards the back of my head and neck pain. Thank you?

See a neurologist. Probably want to scan the head if the diagnosis is not obvious. In a young person without a history of trauma this may be a sign of low lying cerebellar tonsils (Chiari Malformation) or a problem with the cervical spine. Dizziness with sudden head turns is a fairly common complaint in the days and weeks following TBI. Avoid prolonged neck hyper-extension or maneuvers that exacerbate dizziness.

Get checked. I would first assess your cranial joints (frontal sinus, TM joints, and occiput, as well as the associated muscles, and ears for presence of toxins, pathogens, allergens. Neck pain and back of head pain suggests infection at the occiput. Dizziness suggests issue with the ears. Read more...

Many people have- -falls of this type every day. You may have some early degerative disease in your cervical spine. If this just happened & you have not had this before, to you it may seem very worrisome. For now rest ice NSAIDS if you are able, & activity modification.
