In brief: Physical or MOS?

Most MOS are highly marketable in the civilian/federal world, for example, aviation (air traffic control, piloting), engineering, medicine, mechanics, IT & even intelligence).
Physical training is rigorous & expectations are high. The folks willing to ruck march in full gear for miles a day in weather extremes show not only exceptional physical health but admirable character, fortitude & teamwork.

In brief: Yes

Military medical training is generally equivalent to civilian training.
Board certification exams are the same for everyone so looking for this is important. Military trainees often get more hands on experience due to less concern for lawsuits.
