Stiff neck/shoulders, fatigue, muscle twitches, ear/jaw pain and stiffness, headaches/head pressure, very sore muscles waking up. Lyme disease?

Not likely. You may have fibromyalgia. You need to discuss this with your physician and possibly see a rheumatologist. This is unlikely to be Lyme disease but there are other possibilities in the differential diagnosis that need to be confirmed. Your evaluation will include examination, lab studies and maybe imaging.
Seriously? There are all kinds of benign causes of your symptoms; what makes you jump straight to Lyme disease? The annual incidence of Lyme disease in the state of Ohio is 6 cases per million people. While it's not impossible and it's easy to test for, I think you can probably find something a little less unlikely to worry about, like unplanned pregnancy, STDs, or the dangers of smoking or obesity.

YOU ARE NOT 15 MIN! I agree that you should not assume the neck pain is Lyme spasms, and get to ER. We would like to propose that while Babesia can raise temps, Bartonella can be immunosuppressive-floats in blood--you do not die. A fever with Bartonella I would take seriously. My wise MD friend is right. If 3 infections--missed one? ER. As Fallon, MD Columbia recently posted-ticks are infection bus-over 1-3 bugs. Read more...

Constant neck clicking when taking breath, turning head etc Muscle twitching Weakness Extreme fatigue Cold sensitivity Feet tingling Any ideas please?

See an MD. i would consider a nutritional deficiency or a hormonal imbalance. Both can be discovered with a good talk with your physician, and simple lab work. The neck clicking might be something else, if not really something we call Chvostec's sign, which is due to low calcium. (Since breathing associated too)...not entirely certain. Start some multivitamins in meantime....and see doc. Get well. Read more...

Sore throat on left side; ear ache too. Ear was "plugged" up. No fever, some fatigue. No muscle stiffness/soreness. Currently uninsured. OTC remedies?

OTC meds for URI . Avoid antihistamines like loratadine, zyrtec and Benadryl. Try using pain relievers like Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Advil. Protect your stomach if you choose Advil by eating or taking antacids. Sudafed and Afrin can help open your nose and ears; use with caution if you have high blood pressure.
