The main indicator is that your right upper quadrant pain is gone.
The right low back pain can be procedure related (lying on table, being in bed recuperating), so that doesn't surprise me. Sounds like nausea has been a problem even beyond the GB; on lots of meds that can cause this, especially in combination. You'll have to continue to work with your doctor to solve this.
