In serious need of dental attention, teeth breaking lots of cavities, but i cant afford a dentist or dental insurance. Any suggestions?

dental schools have some low cost or no cost clinics as well as dental assistance schools.
I would also check with the county or state health department. You also may be able to find a Dentist who will set up a payment plan or use GE direct care plan.

If you are near a Dental School many of them have low cost/free dental clinics used for teaching dental students.
